No Your arms are needed to run at full speed. Try running full speed without your arms pumping. But i agree with fixing the animation so you can run once the reload is complete in the animation as aposed to when the animation finishes. Its weird ...

Loved brink for exactly this reason. Was telling my freinds how much i wished dust did this. Failing this if logistics only got points if you live for 10 sec or so. To many are just reviving evrything just for the points with no thought of if this...
